Macarons along with other desserts have recently become a bit of an obsession of mine, well more like a outlet.  I have always enjoyed cooking for my wife and kids but one night I noticed that my wife was looking at these amazing little pastries on her phone and I asked her what the heck they were, “Macarons” she replied.  I immediately went to Google and  started reading about how incredibly difficult they were to make, I am always up for a challenge and the obsession began.

I work full-time, attend college (started college later than most) and am married with two amazing kids. The wife is cool too……….I guess. So it’s pretty easy to say that I have a full plate.

Through this blog I am hoping to share some of my creations and to track my progress and/or regression. Eventually, I would also like to share any recipes that others may have as well as photos of their creations.
