Is there a better treat to give on Valentine’s Day then Macarons? With V-Day quickly approaching I have been experimenting with colors as well as flavor concotions for macarons. With my spring semester now underway I am back to the hectic schedule of trying to balance: family, working full-time, attending college, keeping up with the blog and doing some grown man baking.

My plan is to pass out some macarons at work for V-Day. I plan to make two different flavors, as of right now the only thing I am sure of is that one will have to be heart – shaped (see image). Well hopefully everyone likes them, if not, they better be some darn good actors.
